Meet Jen-04.png

My name is Jennifer Krause, but most people call me Jen. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the Springfield, Missouri area. Between you and me, what that means is I am a person passionate about helping others live their best lives!

My passion stems from personally knowing what it is like to feel anxious, experience trauma, and battle depression. I knew there had to be a way to experience freedom from those thoughts and feelings…and THERE DEFINITELY IS!

I know from personal experience and years of working with others that you can make big changes and live your best life! I would be privileged to walk alongside and support you on your journey to the life you want for yourself. Don’t worry, if you are saying to yourself “I can’t even imagine a better life right now” that is okay. I would be happy to guide and support you to a place where you can not only imagine the life you want, but you can start living it!

If you are ready to learn how to change your future by once and for all dealing with your past, reach out to me by phone at 417-501-5416 or drop me an e-mail at Jennifer@peacfefulmindcounselor.com.

If you have questions or would like to visit about how I can help, I can schedule a brief 15-minute phone consultation with you free of charge.

Let's do this together.

Let’s face it, life can be very difficult, and we all have areas we would like to improve. You are uniquely you, but we all share many of the same fears and insecurities. Reaching out for help is a sign of personal strength, not a weakness.
